As a featured artist for 2023, I am an invited guest this year. The Benefit Auction is Penland School of Craft’s major annual fundraiser, supporting our mission of Making Lives Meaningful Through Making. A joyous and festive celebration of craft, community, and all things Penland, we will welcome collectors, curators, artists, and friends from far and wide.

Hundreds of people and organizations come together to create the Penland Benefit Auction. It is a huge undertaking and a labor of love.

I’m excited to be included as one of 40 emerging artists for the 2023 Museum of Art and Design’s Mad About Jewelry annual benefit sale April 27–30. MAD About Jewelry has become known as the ultimate pop-up shop for contemporary, artist-made jewelry, where collectors and jewelry enthusiasts have the rare opportunity to meet and acquire pieces from some of the most innovative creators in the field.
